A Derby conference venue has revealed its latest addition: a premium meeting space that forms part of an extensive modernisation programme worth over one million pounds.
The new suite represents a significant milestone in the ongoing refurbishment initiative that began in 2023. Named to honour the chairman of its parent organisation, the space was formally introduced at a special awards ceremony before opening to the public.
This purpose-built meeting environment can host up to 30 delegates and features its own private facilities, including dedicated amenities and a separate breakout zone. Spanning 60 square metres, the suite caters to both intimate team gatherings and larger group conferences.
The venue has equipped the space with an integrated display screen, exclusively available within this area, to support presentations and delegate engagement.
"We're thrilled to offer this dedicated environment for organisations seeking a private venue for meetings and professional gatherings. The response has been overwhelmingly positive, and we're delighted to see our renovation investment continue to enhance what we can offer," shared the Sales and Conference Office Manager.
Coinciding with the venue's tenth anniversary, this substantial investment aims to deliver more versatile and contemporary facilities. The recent completion builds on earlier phases, which included a business lounge, bar redesign, restaurant upgrade, lecture theatre improvements, and reception area enhancements.
